Bain & Company is pleased to announce the 13th annual BuildingEntrepreneurial Leaders (BEL) Program. The BEL program is focused on giving top undergraduate sophomore (2nd year) students of Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx and American Indian descent the opportunity to strengthen their business and leadership skill set while gaining exposure to Bain & Company, one of the world’s top tier strategy consulting firms.
