The world of work is evolving. As a future employee, it's important to know employers seek candidates who understand the value of diversity and can work across differences. Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) aptitude is highly valued by employers who continue to find value in working in team-oriented environments. Having the ability to showcase “Global/Intercultural Fluency” is ranked one of the highest career readiness competencies by today' employers.



This session will focus on “Global/Intercultural Fluency” Defined as: Value, respect, and learn from diverse cultures, races, ages, genders,sexual orientations, and religions. The individual demonstrates openness, inclusiveness, sensitivity, and the ability to interact respectfully with all people and understand individuals’ differences.)
