Leading Inclusive Teams
In this interactive session, students will work through a team decision-making exercise. We will then debrief the exercise in light of the cutting edge science and best practices for leading inclusive teams. We will explore the value of diversity in teams, the need to create equitable and inclusive participation in team meetings, how to facilitate effective team task-debates to leverage team diversity, and how to manage team influence dynamics to make data-driven, anti-bias high-quality team decisions.
