McKinsey's GLAM Undergraduate Leadership Summit
McKinsey & Company is a place where LGBTQ+ people thrive. Since GLAM (LGBTQ+ at McKinsey) was founded in 1995, we have been committed to attracting and retaining the world’s top LGBTQ+ talent. GLAM has evolved and grown globally to include people of all orientations. To further that goal and support the development of tomorrow’s future LGBTQ+ leaders, we are proud to offer the GLAM Undergraduate Leadership Summit (GULS).
What to expect:
This one-day program will include professional development training, Q&A with current consultants, and an overview of the McKinsey recruiting process.
Who Can Apply?
This program is open to current undergraduates in the class of 2022, 2023, or 2024 who identify as LGBTQ+.
How to Apply:
To apply, please create an account below and submit thefollowing:
- A copy of your current resume in PDF format. Feel free toinclude both college and high school activities, scholarships, and other involvement which contribute to your qualifications. Your cumulative GPAand SAT and/or ACT scores.
Deadline:
The deadline to submit your application is June 18th, 2021. All submissions must be in PDF format.
