You don't hear kids saying, "I want to be a recruiter when I grow up," but staffing (the art of matching people with jobs) is a $144.5billion dollar industry in the US. Recruiting can be a lifelong career calling OR a stepping stone into another career path. Although hospitality,marketing, communications, and sales are the most common employee backgrounds, a great training program can prepare anyone from an English majorto a social worker for a successful career in recruiting!
We're all trying to find that dream job, but it can be hard to sift through the thousands of career paths and industries in the business world. Recruiting might be the job for you if:
• You love building relationships and interacting with people all day
