Explore Wycliffe Live: The Critical Impact of Healthcare: Serving as Medical Professionals

Patients come first at Wycliffe Bible Translators, where doctors, nurses, physical therapists and more are the hands and feet of Jesus to missionaries and local communities.

Many Wycliffe missionaries work in locations where access to good healthcare is challenging. Providers like Kristy Johnson, a physical therapist and a recent manager of the Ukarumpa Clinic, give critical care every day to communities in Papua New Guinea.

Join us as Kristy shares fascinating stories about her life and work, how she and others serve as the hands and feet of Jesus to those in need. She’ll also talk about the opportunities to serve at the clinic, some of which are urgently needed.

When: Tuesday, Aug. 24 at 8 p.m. ET
Where: From wherever you are! (Join from PC, Mac, Linux, iOS or Android.)

Explore Wycliffe Live is a free, one-hour online event designed for you to hear from Wycliffe missionaries serving around the world. You’ll get to hear about a variety of topics ranging from Bible translation to internship opportunities to trauma healing and so much more! We hope you’ll join the conversation!

(Note: You can view previously recorded events at our Explore Wycliffe Live homepage: https://sites.google.com/wycliffe.org/ewl/home.)
