LSA TS Infrastructure will be performing standard maintenance on the LSA Linux and Windows servers. These servers and services may be temporarily unavailable starting at 7:00 am on Saturday, October 22. All LSA servers are expected to fully return to service by 3:00 pm, Saturday, October 22.

What are we doing?

We're performing routine maintenance:

• Applying software updates
• Decommissioning physical equipment
• Performing additional maintenance
• Testing disaster recovery plans

What services will be impacted and for how long?

The following services will have intermittent outages between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm Saturday, October 22:

• Bomgar screen-sharing
• Citrix Digital Workspace
• Distributed File System (DFS) links using \\dfs.lsa.umich.edu-based paths
• Microsoft System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM)
• OpenShift-based services
• SharePoint services for the college and university
• SQL databases and reporting services
• Unit Websites (AEM), but not the editing functions or the LSA Gateway
• Windows Lifecycle Management System (WLMS)
• Windows Web Application Hosting (WWAH)
