KeyBank Real Estate Capital Reverse Career Fair

Do you have a passion for real estate and working with the public? We're looking for students who are interested in learning more about our Real Estate Capital Internship for Summer 2022. Join KeyBank for our inaugural Real Estate Capital Reverse Career Fair, scheduled for Thursday, September 2 from 10:00 am to 12:00 pm EST. You’ll hear from campus recruiters along with current Real Estate Capital analysts. By joining this session, you are eligible for a one-on-one coffee chat with an analyst or recruiter the same day or following day.
KeyBank Real Estate Capital (KBREC) is nationally recognized as a longstanding leader in Commercial Real Estate Finance and Loan Servicing. We offer an expansive array of solutionsfor borrowers seeking to acquire, refinance or develop commercial, health care, and multifamily properties. Additionally, we offer investment opportunities in the form of commercial real estate debt and equity capital. Our integrated team combines in-depth industry experience with reliable execution to help our clients achieve their goals.
KBREC will hire interns across many geographies, including but not limited to cities like Boston, Chicago, Cleveland, Dallas, New York City and Seattle. Students should be open to variety of locations for the summer internship. Interns will be placed into one of the various cities following the interview process.

Intern group assignments may include Commercial Mortgage Group, Income Property Group, Institutional Real Estate, Healthcare, Community Development Lending, and Agency Loan Servicing. The internship will start in early June 2022 and run 10.5 weeks through the summer.

Required qualifications
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree (must graduate by Summer 2023)
• Minimum 3.3 GPA (preferred)
• Relevant work or internship experience (preferred business/real estate focused majors or related majors)
• Demonstrated teamwork and leadership through extracurricular activities
• This position is NOT eligible for employment visa sponsorship fornon-U.S. citizens.
