The Operations Management Development Program (OMDP) is designed to recruit and develop recent college graduates who exhibit the potential for a high level of achievement in operations management and who, throughout the course of the program, demonstrate the ability to progress to senior management. The OMDP is a two-year rotational program with four, six-month rotations in areas such as engineering, procurement, manufacturing, and supply chain. By gaining experience in these core pillars of operations, we uniquely develop leaders that have a broad set of skills thatcan be applied cross-functionally. Associates are supported with strong mentorship to help guide their career, even long after their time in the OMDP.
