As an Associate Consultant in the Digital Operations practice, you will work on cross-functional project teams, enabling clients to optimize the effectiveness of their operations. You will collaborate with clients and your Maryville team; present recommendations to client management; and develop your ability to manage teams, engagements, and accounts. You will have a diverse set of responsibilities and play several critical roles on client engagements, such as:
Business Process Analyst – Consult with clients on how to best enable global Digital Transformation with effective organizational impact by creating communication plans; leading training and testing deliverables; defining standard operating procedures; and using data to drive process improvement.
Project Manager – Guide Agile project teams to optimize engagement execution while maintaining deadlines, working through risks, issues, and action items.
Engineering Analyst – Build digital solutions while gathering technical requirements from clients, providing prescriptive guidance on best practices and best-in-class solutions.
