BAE Systems' invites you to our Leadership Development Program Info Sessions Wednesday 9/8 from 2pm-5pm EST and Thursday 9/9 from 2pm-5pm EST!

What are LDPs? Leadership Development Programs (LDPs)are multi-year rotational programs designed to attract, develop, and retain high potential, entry-level professionals capable of assuming positions of leadership. Our Operations, Finance, and Engineering programs will be represented at these info sessions.

Who is eligible to apply this year? Spring 2022 or earlier graduates with applicable majors who can demonstrate leadership experience and campus or community involvement.

How do I join the info sessions? Register for the info sessions via the registration link in Handshake, then save the Zoom hyperlinks on the registration page to access the info sessions you plan on attending. Be sure to download Zoom prior to the session(s).
