Join us for an opportunity to hear from Early Career Professionals about how they’ve processed events pertaining to their identities outside of the workplace and leveraged their differences to progress withintheir working environments and professional journeys. We received a question during our most recent LVMH Happiness sessions in which a participant asked about the difficulty of finding internships as a person of color. Though we couldn’t answer this in enough time live with all of the other great questions we were receiving, it was something that we made sure to marinate on regarding how we can be even more transparent and authentic in the type of support that we provide to diverse talents as this was something that we had been working on exploring in our upcoming events. Wanting to acknowledge this synergy is what led us to creating this event. We want to provide a space for talents of all demographics and backgrounds to get a deeper look into the mindset of diverse talents, both internal and external, as it pertains to the experiences, challenges, lessons learned and growth from their professional/career journey.
