The Brand Immersion Leadership Development Program at Whirlpool Corporation is an intake & rotational development program for high-potential undergraduates to gain on the job experiences & build the foundational marketing competencies to progress toward Marketing Management. The program is designed to gain insight into Whirlpool’s brands, products, consumers, and how we go to market.

Minimum Background and Experiences:
• Students and graduates in a Bachelor’s program in Marketing or Brands
• Minimum 3.0/4.0 cumulative GPA
• Prior Brand and/or Marketing internship or co-op experience preferred, digital marketing and/or marketing analytics experience highly desired
• Actively involved in campus activities and organizations, preferably in leadership roles
