The Pro Football Hall of Fame is proud to offer a series for learners in high school, college and beyond! “Before the Snap” gives an insight to professional careers in and around the NFL, while giving a live audience the opportunity to interact with an industry expert. On Friday, October 1st, 2021 at 12:00pm ET special guest Ethan Medley will be onhand to speak on his career, what he does in his current position and much more!!

Ethan Medley is entering his twentieth season with the New York Football Giants and serves as the Director of Community Relations and Youth Football. He originally joined the organization as a community relations intern during the 2002 season. In his current role, he assists in theplanning and activation of the department’s many community programs, including player outreach, charitable donations, community partnerships,and youth football support. He also served as Director of Sponsorship Services in the Giants sponsorship department from 2010 to 2016, overseeing the planning and execution of all of the Giants corporate partnerships. Medley graduated from Ithaca College with Summa Cum Laude honors with a degree in Sports Management in 2001, and earned a master’s degree in sportsadministration from the University of Massachusetts Amherst in 2002.
