Assessing Workplace Culture Through a Disability Lens
How do you assess whether a workplace you want to work for is committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion if you are a person with adisability? Learn about how to assess various aspects of an organization’s culture during the job and internship search process through a diversity, equity, and inclusion lens. During this session, you’ll have the opportunity to discuss the challenges of navigating this process and learn from an organization committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion with Procter & Gamble and the University Career Center staff.
The University Career Center is aware that alumni do not have access to their UM Zoomaccounts 30 days post-graduation.
