Veterans are trained for and have real world experience in handling the unexpected. They are also accustomed to working with knowledge experts and rapidly implementing change to meet new and sometimes unexpected challenges. This talk discuss veteran's experiences and how they used team building and other transferable skills, job search techniques, and the networking to build both their personal brand and the success of the companies that hired them.
