The Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a unique three-year rotational program for entry-level professionals, designed to offer participants the opportunity to applyfinance and accounting skills in various business areas. In addition, participants receive performance coaching, technical skill enhancement, and leadership development from experienced professionals.

FLDP participants are expected to complete three one-year rotations across a variety of the following areas:
- Financial Planning and Analysis (Software & Control Business Units, - Intelligent Devices Business Units, Lifecycle Services Business Units, or Corporate)
- Accounting (Controllership/Internal Audit)
