Event Description:
Blackstone’s Diverse Leaders Program is a unique two day experience among financial firms, giving participants early exposure to finance and business through interactive information seminars, networking, and skill-building sessions. The program is open to sophomoreswho are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry. Program participants will have the opportunity to interact with business and recruiting professionals virtually. The Blackstone Diverse Leaders Program introduces the knowledge, training, and skills necessary to a well-guided career path.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the Fall2021 US Diverse Leaders Program, applicants must meet the following criteria:
Currently enrolled as an undergraduate sophomore student
Self-identify with a diverse group including but not limited to Black, Hispanic, Native American, LGBTQ+, disabled, veteran status
Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2023 – Spring 2024
Program dates – December 2-3, 2021; this program will be held virtually.
