Personal Care Assistant Specifics:
Provide direct resident care and strive to give our residents worth and meaning helping them strive mentally, physically, spiritually,emotionally, and socially as they choose. You will work as part of a team that ensures the residents have a comfortable and safe place to call Home.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional Personal service and daily care to residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, staff management and families.
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices andprocedures.
Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident s needs.
Assists in maintaining acceptable nutrition for residents and documents meal intake.
Knows proper technique for first aide.
Completes documentation of medication reminder.
Assists in maintaining a therapeutic environment for the residents.
Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities.
Assists residents to and from activities.
Lifting, turning, and re-positioning residents as needed.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: CPR Certified. Nurse Aide Certification is a plus, but not required.

Nurse Role Specifics:
With care and compassion, you will provide quality nursing care to all residents, ensuring they receive the best treatment, and providing a comfortable and safe place to call Home.

Your Responsibilities:

Provide exceptional nursing services.
Administer medications and treatments according to careplans.
Communicate effectively with residents, staff, management, andfamilies.
Effectively maintain, and update written documentation.
Knowledgeable of nursing/medical practices and procedures, regulations and guidelines.
Responds to inquiries or complaints from internal and external sources.
Apply basic math skills.
Make complex decisions requiring a high degree of judgment.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Ohio Nursing License

Medication Aid RoleSpecifics:
Provide medication administration and direct resident care toresidents daily. The Certified Medication Aide will strive to promote resident s independence while supporting their activities of daily living in a time and manner in which the resident prefers.

Your Responsibilities:

Administer medications, as prescribed, and under the direction of a licensed nurse.
Promptly report to the nurse, a resident s request/need for PRN medications.
Promptly report to the nurse any adverse or concerning reactions to medications.
Provide exceptional Personal service and daily care to residents.
Communicate effectively with residents, staff management and families.
Knowledgeable of nursing and medical practices and procedures.
Provides physical resident care to include all aspects of personal hygiene and grooming.
Answers call lights in a timely manner and responds accordingly to the resident s needs.
Assists in maintaining acceptable nutrition for residents and documents meal intake, as prescribed.
Knows proper technique for first aide.
Completes documentation of medication administration.
Assists in maintaining a therapeutic environment for the residents.
Motivates and encourages resident involvement in the participation in activities.
Assists residents to and from activities.
Lifting, turning, and re-positioning residents as needed.
Any other duties as assigned or delegated by the Director of Care or Designee.
Licenses/Certifications/Registrations: Current valid Medication Aide Certificate authorized by the Ohio Board of Nursing. CPR Certified. Nurse Aide Certification.
