Make your mark. Track is a multi-year internship program that features coaching and mentorship, while also offering national training in Plante Moran’s Audit, Tax, Management Consulting, and Wealth Management practices. If accepted to the program, youwill have the opportunity to complete more than one internship and continue developing your technical skills and core leadership competencies. The Track Internship Program is open to all eligible freshman and sophomore students. Because of our desire to have a racially and ethnically diverse slate of candidates, students who are Black or African-American, Hispanic or Latino, Asian, American Indian or Alaska Native, Native Hawaiian or Other Pacific Islander, or two or more races are strongly encouraged toapply. Your role.  

TRACK Leadership
- 2-week summer leadership program that introduces you to the opportunities at a professional services firm, while also helping you to own your future personally and professionally through exercises and mentorship.   
- This freshman program is a steppingstone to our sophomore year TRACK internship experience.  

TRACK Internship
- 6-week rotational internship consisting of hands-on projects and job shadow experiences with partners and staff with clients across Audit, Tax, Management Consulting, and Wealth Management practices.
- The opportunity for future internships or a full-time position in professional services will come into focus after a summer in our Track internship. 

The qualifications.

- Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
Interested in pursuing a career in Accounting, Finance, or Management Consulting.
- Academic success (a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0).
Detail-oriented leader with problem solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Driven to succeed but interested inworking in a team-oriented environment.
- Creative, flexible, and ableto adapt to change.
