- We are looking for someone that has 2 years experience -- this is for a 10 week-summer internship for sophomores. Seems a bit harsh. You immediately wonder, how does anyone get this internship?

It's one of the more frustrating things when searching for internships or jobs...

How do you get experience without having experience?

During the session we will explore creative ways to:
- Enroll in an online course
- Find virtual experiences
- Apply for micro-internships

That way you can find opportunities to put on your resume so you can be more competitive and seeif a certain role is something you want to do.
