Abstract
Residuality Theory is a new theory of software engineering that merges complexity science approaches with software engineering to make decisions about software structure. In this talk I will describe the theory and how it can be applied in practice.

Barry is a PhD student within Complexity Science and Software Design. He has over 20 years of experience in the software industry with roles as Chief Architect at Microsoft and the global lead for Solutions Architecture Community at Microsoft.
