The Engineer in Training (EIT) Program is a challenging global program that introduces engineers to Rockwell Automation products and explains how they are integrated into our customers’ manufacturing processto help provide benefits such as improved productivity. During the program, experienced instructors provide real-life, hands-on projects along with formal classroom training so participants can become familiar with our products and solutions.
