Community organizing careers for social, economic, and racial justice: an info session for U-M students and alumni
Careers in Community Organizing for Social Justice
DART will hold an online info session on Wednesday, February 16 at 6pm EST to discuss careers in community organizing. All current and former U-M students welcome, particularly those graduating on or before August 2022.

DART trains professional organizers and community organizations how to work for social, economic and racial justice, including:
* Holding police departments accountable
* Shutting down the school-to-prison pipeline
* Reining in predatory lenders
* Expanding access to primary health and dental care
* Prioritizing funding for affordable housing and job training
* Fighting for immigrants' rights
Associate Community Organizer
Starting salary $42,500-44,000/year +benefits.
Positions begin on May 16, and August 8, 2022 in:
Kansas: Topeka, Kansas City
Florida: Daytona Beach, Fort Lauderdale, Fort Myers, Jacksonville, Lakeland, Manatee County, Miami, Sarasota, St. Petersburg
South Carolina: Charleston, Columbia, Greenville
Virginia: Charlottesville, Richmond
Lead Community Organizer / Executive Director
Starting salary $50-70,000 + benefits DOE.
Positions begin Spring 2022 in:
Kansas: Wichita
Florida: Brevard County, Sarasota, Fort Meyers
South Carolina: Greenville
