Join Sigma Gamma Tau for a seminar given by Dr. Martins! Dr. Martins is a Professor of Aerospace Engineering and head of the MDO Lab. His research focuses on theoretical and applied perspectives of multidisciplinary design optimization. On the theory side, he develops numerical methods to analyze coupled engineering systems. On the applications side, he focuses on the optimization of aircraft configuration to reduce environmental impact. In this seminar, he will discuss how MDO algorithms can guide aircraft design.
