Higher Ed is a particular kind of work and learning space. While it shares characteristics with its primary and secondary counterparts, it is decidedly different in its teaching, student, and administrative contexts. As a result, anti-racist work in higher education settings must look different than it might in K-12 contexts and in other types of professional work settings (corporate, non-profit, etc.).
Learning Objectives:

Critically think and examine the nuances of racial in/justice and in/equity in higher education
Examine how these nuances impact the frameworks and tools that are used as racial justice proponents
