Our Diverse Insights Program provides students with tangible, resume-enhancing skills, networking opportunities, and interactive workshops to assist with discovering your path in financial services.

Our virtual sessions will provide students with an opportunity to explore one of three potential career paths at Fidelity:
- Asset Management/Investment Research
- Financial Planning & Sales
- Workplace Consulting

Within each track there will be approximately four 1-to-2 hour sessions over the course of two months. Sessions will provide insight into what careers in your track look like, hands-on support, networking opportunities, and critical skills training.

Successful participants will be fast-tracked tointerview either our DISE, Financial Planning & Sales or Workplace Consulting summer 2023 internship programs.

Qualifications:
Black and/or Latinx students from a U.S. accredited four-year college or university who possesses the following characteristics:
- Asset Management track: Class of 2025
- Financial Planning & Sales and Workplace Consulting tracks: Class of 2024
- Strong dedication to academic excellence and professional growth
- Interest in pursuing a career in financial services
