2022 Morgan Stanley Asia IWD Women Who Inspire Series - Future Female Traders
Morgan Stanley Asia - Future Female Traders 2022
Building on the success of previous years' inaugural events, Morgan Stanley Asia – in partnership with Amplify Trading – is proud to present Future Female Traders 2022. This year’s program targets university students from anydegree discipline who are interested in learning more about a career in finance and, more specifically, the Sales and Trading function.
The simulated competition will allow participants to play the roles of sales, trader, and fund manager, gaining valuable insights into what it might belike to work in these areas within Morgan Stanley.
Why should you attend?
• Learn more about the different roles within sales and trading, and the role of a hedge fund portfolio manager
• Determine whether you enjoy the day to day tasks involved in these roles and if a career in this industry is for you

What will you get from it?
Top performers will be eligible for:
• An opportunity to be fast-tracked in the upcoming internship applications (2023 or 2024 programs)

• Ongoing career support and guidance from the MorganStanley Asia Campus Team
Requirements
• Students of any disciplineor major graduating between October 2023 and July 2025
• You enjoy solving complex problems that require deep analytical reasoning and quantitative analysis
• You have strong verbal and written communication skills
• You are collaborative, a quick learner, adaptable, a multi-tasker and possesses a strong work ethic
Session 1 – Asia
Date & Time: March 29th, 2:00 – 6:00 p.m. HKT

Eligibility: Students graduating between October 2023
and July 2025
Registration Deadline: March 13th, 11:55 p.m. HKT
Session 2 – NA & EMEA
Date & Time: March 30th, 6:00 – 10:00 p.m. HKT
11:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. GMT | 6:00 – 10:00 a.m. EST
