In this interactive session, Rackham experts in conflict resolution will discuss the ways in which conflict can manifest in our academic space and relationships. We will explore strategies to navigate and address difficult conversations. In addition, concrete strategies for productive dialogue will be shared for faculty to consider infusing into their practice.
