Black in Psych is a platform to promote visibility, community, and networking opportunities between Black professionals and trainees across the field of psychology. We seek to celebrate, amplify, and support Black voices in psychology and to encourage dialogue around the intersections of psychology, race, social justice, and equity. The Black in Psych organization is founded to (1) promote the visibility of Black professionals and trainees in the field of Psychology, (2) create a community and network of established and aspiring Black Psychologist for connection and future collaboration, and (3) encourage and hold a space for dialogue around the intersections of psychology, race, social justice, and equity.
