Abstract:
In this conversation, I would like to share my own journey in astronomy as part of a minority group, and in particular multiple discoveries of issues (such as the impostor syndrome) that were affecting my career. I want to share solutions that enable me to navigate and enjoy doing astronomy as a Colombian woman and as a mother of two little girls.
