Discrimination and disparities in sleep from childhood to adulthood: Pathways to love and healing

In this talk, Dr. Yip will present data on racial disparities in sleep, and associations between these disparities and racism and discrimination in diverse youth and young adult samples. She will discuss how sleep disturbances and sleep regularity serve both mediating and moderating processes. The talk will conclude with a discussion of programs and policies that may provide pathways towards love and healing.
