The Aspire-2-Boulay program is a two-day program (June 2022) geared towards juniors and seniors who are looking to enter the public accounting industry after graduation. During the program, you will participate in a variety of activities with Boulay partners and staff to gain first-hand insight into the accounting/finance industries and our firm. It is agreat potential pipeline to full-time opportunities! We are looking for students who are: personable, innovative, precise, proactive, respectful, inquisitive, immersed and ethical.

Who will be participating?
Approximately 20-25 college students selected from local and regional colleges and universities.

Minimum Requirements
1. Accounting/Finance Major with a minimum 3.0 GPA
2.Status 1-2 semesters prior to graduation with 150 credit hours
3. Completion of intermediate accounting courses and some audit/tax courses
4. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
5. Exemplary communication and organizational skills
6. Motivated to learn more about Boulay and the profession
