The Biotech Career Development Program (BCDP) is designed to guide biomedical and life science graduate students, postdocs, and early-career scientists as they explore careers beyond the academic tenure track. Trainees accepted into the program will participate in workshops and career panels to build career awareness and take steps towards their career goals. The cohort model of BCDP helps build community and peer among trainees with similar career interests. Come to the info session to learn more!
