Anti-Racism and Faculty Success: A Virtual Conversation
Despite best efforts, no college or university is immune to a politically charged environment that challenges academic freedom, particularly with regard to race and ethnicity. Academic institutions have put in place important DEI and Anti-Racism initiatives, however could more progress be made with regard to pay equity, challenges to tenure and promotion, or coping with micro- and macroaggressions? How does successful handling of these issues affect our students and our communities?
