The Whirlpool BUILD Externship offers a low time commitment opportunity to expand your professional network, hone your resume and interviewing skills, and build your business acumen. Participants also get to visit our Corporate Headquarters during an all-expenses-paid career trek in August. The BUILD externship aims to expose historically underrepresented students pursuing engineering, finance, HR, information systems, manufacturing, marketing, sales, and supply chain to career opportunities at Whirlpool. Students from all schools, and students who identify with a group that is historically underrepresented, including but not limited to Black/African American, Hispanic/Latinx, American Indian, students with disabilities, and veterans, are encouraged to apply.
