A Certified Executive Chef with over 40 years of food and beverage experience. Mangan will focus on wellness, sustainability, farm to table menu and diversity of dining options. His talk will introduce menu planning, preparation, sustainability, and how to use everything in our refrigerator in addition to burgers and brats. There will be something for everyone and a great way to start the summer.
