Treasury at Citi
Citi Treasury manages the capital, funding and liquidity of Citigroup legal entities; manages and provides corporate oversight of liquidity risk, interest rate risk and currency translation risk; and supports product, customer and geographic businesses withrisk identification, risk management, product innovation and funding strategy.
This organization is a part of Citigroup’s broader Finance organization and consists of the following divisions: Balance Sheet Management, Capital Planning, Citi Treasury Investments, Global Liquidity Management, Treasury Transformation COO, and Legal Entity and Business Treasury. Each of these divisions have opportunities at our Tampa Citi sites.

Treasury Transformation COO
As part of the dynamic Chief Operating Office & Transformation Team, you willjoin associates with diverse and deep subject matter expertise across multiple disciplines working together to deliver thoughtful solutions in a fast-paced environment with great efficiency and organization.
The COO &Transformation Team is responsible for:
Driving all aspects of Citi Treasury’s Transformation efforts, integrating Treasury Transformation vertically into Finance Transformation Office which is accountable to Chief Administration Office
Responsible for the development, execution, and implementation of Treasury’s Transformation strategy across Citi Treasury Investments (CTI), Capital, Liquidity, IRR, Data, and Technology Transformation projects and initiatives that aligns with the firm’s broader Transformation goals and defined Target End-State Vision
Owning the Citi Treasury Control and Governance Framework, responsible for the proactive monitoring of the business environment, anticipating risk and control issues and the establishment, maintenance and nurturing of the Control and Governance environment across Citi Treasury
Balance Sheet Management
Asset and Liability Management (ALM): Oversees ALM policies, firm-wide transfer pricing processes, and interest rate risk in the accrual businesses;and leads B/S analytics to drive resource allocations.
Asset Allocation:Manages Treasury’s securities portfolio strategy; and performs the review and challenge of securities stress testing results and associated models.
Balance Sheet Costing (Infrastructure): Leads the design, development, and implementation of the firm’s Funds Transfer Pricing system.
Balance Sheet Costing (Methodology): Leads cross functional working groups todesign and evolve Balance Sheet costing frameworks and methodologies.
Capital Management & Portfolio Analytics: Proposes capital policy; designs methodologies for capital attribution to businesses; and leads the designof portfolio management analytical capabilities.
Global Liquidity Management
The team is responsible for establishing the framework for sizing liquidity requirements including internal stress testing framework and interpreting regulation in conjunction with other stakeholders within and outside Citi’s Treasury function, providing liquidity oversight to Citi’s global entities, and ensuring that Citi maintains adequate liquidity appropriately positioned to meet the company’s global needs both in normalmarket conditions as well as during periods of stress.
Capital Planning
The Capital Planning team within Citi Treasury is responsible for allaspects of capital analysis, forecasting, and planning for Citi, including providing programmatic leadership for the firm’s capital ratios; Risk Weighted Assets (RWA); Comprehensive Capital Analysis and Review (CCAR); and Recovery & Resolution Planning (RRP). The organization spans the full capital planning continuum, with the Head of Capital Planning reporting to the Citi Treasurer.
Citi Treasury Investments
Manages Citi’s excess liquidity via investment portfolios.
Provides funding for Citi Capital Markets programs including the issuance of Senior and Subordinated Debt, Commercial Paper, Securitized Notes and Preferred Stock.
Manages Citi’s Intercompany
Responsibilities managing all Interest Rate and FX Risk. Includes groups like the Capital Markets, MBS, Rates, FXIM, Credit, Asia Pac, and Analytics group
