Pathways to Ford is a series created to attract and develop Black and Brown students interested in internships and careers at Ford MotorCompany. Through this series, interested candidates will have the opportunity to learn what it is like to work at Ford Motor Company from the lensof an HBCU and HSI intern. This series will also educate students from HBCUs and HSI’s as it relates to resume reviews and interview tips as we kickoff intern recruitment 2022!
