General Mills is also a place that prioritizes being a force for good. We look for people who want to bring their best—bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. If you're a rising Junior and see yourself in the above mission, we invite you to join CFO Kofi Bruce and a panel of diverse GMI employees to discuss their experience working for General Mills. They will touch on development topics such as: interview tips, personal branding, growth mindset, and more. We will also have time at the end of the session to talk about Careers at General Mills. As a Forbes Top 100 Best Internships Program, and a Forbes Top 100 Best Employers for New Grads, our 10-week summer internship is a direct pipeline to a Full-Time offer at General Mills and an exciting career!
