You Are Here | General Mills Diversity Development & Career Day
August 4th 3-4:30 PM CT
Virtual Event

Do you like Gushers, Totino’s Pizza Rolls, and Bugles!? General Mills makes food the world loves, from super fun snacks, to meal staples like Old El Paso, Pillsbury, and Annie’s. General Mills is also a place that prioritizes being a force for good. We look for people who want to bring their best—bold thinkers with big hearts who challenge one another and grow together. At GeneralMills we intentionally embrace each person's diverse identity, background, viewpoints, and talents. We are serious about advancing representation and are looking for the next generation of diverse talent to help develop and mentor.

If you're a rising Junior and see yourself in the above mission, we invite you to join CFO Kofi Bruce and a panel of diverse GMI employees to discuss their experience working for General Mills. They will touch on development topics such as: interview tips, personal branding, growth mindset, and more. We will also have time at the end of the session to talk about Careers at General Mills. As a Forbes Top 100 Best Internships Program, and a Forbes Top 100 Best Employers for New Grads, our 10-week summer internship is a direct pipeline to a Full-Time offer at General Mills and an exciting career!

Please don't hesitate to register today! We would love to meet you!

Note: This event is geared towards Winter 2023 graduates and Spring 2024 graduates, who would be eligible toapply for our Summer 2023 internship program. If you are outside those graduation boundaries, we'd love to still have you, just know there may be extra information that doesn't apply to your situation.
