Our SMBC Reality Series is a sequence of virtual events where you will have the unique opportunity to join open and honest conversationswith diverse leaders at our firm. Each session will cover equality, diversity, and inclusion in the workplace followed by an open-forum Q&A where participants can address questions to our panelists.
