Global Supply Chain Rotational Program Information Session & Panel
Lenovo recruits highly motivated graduates from a diverse set of colleges and universities to join our Supply Chain Rotational Program (SCRP) with the intent of developing the future leaders of one of the world’s top Supply Chains. New hires will complete four challenging assignments over a two-year period, developing a broad base of understanding across the business and supply chain. Job assignments are designed to maximizeboth visibility to Executive leadership as well as the business impact that Program participants are able to provide. The SCRP has three distinct program tracks, though Participants are not bound to fulfill job roles within a single track:
Ø Supply Chain Management: example roles include Supply Management, Procurement, Demand Planning, and Fulfillment
Ø Engineering: example roles include Manufacturing, Test, Systems, Quality, and New Product Introduction
Ø Data Science: example roles include Data Visualization, Automation & Tool Creation, Data Management & Governance
Upon successful completion of the rotational program, you will beplaced into a longer-term role within the organization to continue to drive our unique value set across the enterprise.
