Novice Nurse Program at Maxim
Your nursing career starts here! Our novice nurse program is designed to provide a year of hands-on learning and/or support to RNs, LPNs, and LVNs with less than one year of experience in the patient care environment. This unique program eases the newgraduate's transition from the classroom to a clinical; setting by furthering developing nursing skill set and knowledge base. You will be partnered with an experienced nurse who will provide real-time feedback, training opportunities, and mentorship.

Training and specialty skill advancement
Accelerate your development through hands-on training in a clinical lab setting, progressing to a home setting with mentoring and supervision along the path to independence. Our program methodically takes the new nurse fromintroductory home healthcare and experience to advanced skill training such as ventilator management and specialized pediatric training.
