Moderated by Dr. Benjamin Ola Akande, Stifel's Head of Human Resources and DEI, and featuring senior bankers from Investment Banking and Public Finance, the panelists will discuss how their Hispanic/Latinx backgrounds and heritage have impacted their professional lives and will share advice and lessons learned with those just starting out on their career journeys.

The panel will be followed by a Q&A session, and this special event will provide students further insight into Stifel's culture, community, and opportunities. All students, regardless of class year, are welcome to attend.
