Graduate Real Estate Competitions Mixer: HUD and Hines Competitions
The ULI Hines Competition and the HUD Innovation in Affordable Housing (IAH) Competition integrate planning, design, and real estate financing. Both require interdisciplinary graduate teams to work on design, development, and financing solutions for a real site in a north American city.
