We are actively recruiting engineering and business majors into sales internships and full time roles. These roles are available in sales offices all across the country. Sales internships are a great way for undergraduates to experience professional selling on a short term assignment over the summer. For graduating seniors interested in a full time role, Rockwell Automation starts early career sellers in our Sales Training Program. This is a world-class, multi-month training program consisting of a combination of sales, technical, and professional training that take place in both classroom and on-the-job settings. Join a cohort of peers from all over the world and embark on a journey to become a trusted outcome-based seller. After completion of the training program,Associates are placed in one of our field sales offices across North America.

This session will be hosted by Brian Schriver, program manager for early career sales onboarding and the hiring manager for these positions. He will be joined by several recent graduates of our sales training program who will provide perspective on their personal experiences in sales roles.
