Blackstone Future Women Leaders and Diverse Leaders Panel Webinar

Event Description: This webinar will showcase the experiences of Blackstone professionals who have participated in either Blackstone’s Future Women Leaders Program or Blackstone’s Diverse Leaders Program.

These programs are unique three-day experiences designed to give those from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in the alternatives industry early exposure to finance and business through interactive informational seminars, networking, and skill building sessions. Program participants will havethe opportunity to interact and network with business and recruiting professionals in addition to members of our Women’s Initiative Network and Diverse Professionals Network to better understand our businesses and culture. Participants will also learn more about our full-time and summer program opportunities. Both programs are geared toward current sophomores.

2022 US FutureWomen Leaders Program:
Blackstone’s Future Women Leaders Program is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2024 - Spring 2025) that identify as women, who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2024 – Spring 2025
- Program Dates: Tuesday, November 1 - Thursday, November 3, 2022
- Location: New York City
- Application Deadline: 11:59PM EST on October 2, 2022

2022 US Diverse Leaders Program:
Blackstone’s Diverse Leaders Program is open to current sophomores (graduating in Fall 2024 - Spring 2025) from backgrounds traditionally underrepresented in the alternatives industry, including but not limited to Black, Hispanic and Latino, and Native American, who are interested in exploring a career in the financial services industry.
- Anticipated graduation date: Fall 2024 – Spring 2025
- Program Dates: Wednesday, November 30 - Friday, December2, 2022
- Location: New York City
- Application Deadline: 11:59PM EST on October 30, 2022

The webinar for both programs will take place on Thursday, September 29th, from 4:00pm-5:00pm ET.
