Hope & Healing in the Diag
Suicide Awareness and Prevention Resource Event
September is Suicide Prevention Month. U-M Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS), together with several campus partners, is hosting a tabling event to bring awareness to suicide prevention on Tuesday, September 27, 1-3pm in the Diag. There will be 1100 teal and purple flags to honor students who die by suicide on college campuses every year. Also, we encourage you to write Messages of Hope to people you care about who may be struggling with thoughts of suicide. Suicide prevention information and resources will be provided.
Together, we can all change the story about suicide.
