In recognition of Suicide Prevention Month, Counseling & Psychological Services (CAPS) is offering virtual QPR suicide prevention training for UM students. QPR is a 90 minute training that teaches participants the warning signs of suicide and provides concrete tools on how to Question a person about suicidal thoughts, Persuade them to get help, and Refer the person for help.
