We are calling out to final-year engineering students and recent graduates from international with a major in energy, mechanical, electrical, electronic, chemical engineering to join the 2 Year Engineering Graduate Trainee Program and be part of engineering a net zero carbon future in Hong Kong and Mainland cities in the Greater Bay Area. Our Graduate Trainee Programme is accredited under HK Institution of Engineers (HKIE) to fast-track graduates in obtaining a professional engineer’s qualification.

Programme Structure: We offer a 2-year intensive learning journey that will support you to achieve your potential. You’ll get broad exposure across CLP’s operations in Hong Kong and other cities in the Greater Bay Area, acquire the skills and tools to prepare you to lead energy transition and digitalisation projects, as well as build a strong network with other graduates. As a CLP Engineering Graduate Trainee, you will play an active part in driving your career development, gain valuable experience, build your credibility and become our future leaders with the purpose to be part of the energy for change and achieve our Climate Vision 2050. Career prospects cover a wide range of energy disciplines, including both technical and commercial, e.g. renewable energy, energy management services, smart grid and more.

After finishing the2-year programme, the high potential staff will be further supported by continuous development programmes to take up leadership roles that best fit individual aspirations and business needs.
